Strategic Analysis

Course Overview
Formulation of Business Strategy requires an understanding of the internal and external business environments in which an organization operates. Strategic Analysis describes how several of the most common Strategic Analysis tools and techniques can be used to characterize macro-economic and other factors that can help shape optimum strategy.
