Template Licenses

You must obtain a commercial license before you use any content from the Template Library. Only one commercial license is required for each Business Unit or Project Management Office ("Organizational Unit") of an organization.

The commercial license is perpetual, non-exclusive and non-transferrable.

Holders of a commercial license may:

Modify documents within the Template Library for use within their own Organizational Unit.
Allow all employees within their own Organizational Unit to use the Template Library.
Use the Template Library as a tool during delivery of project services to their customers. Note, however, that they may NOT re-sell a license to the Template Library or any individual template or group of templates to those customers. Further, those customers may only use the templates in conjunction with work performed by the license holder.
Post the Template Library on the internal website or other file sharing mechanism of their Organizational Unit as long as no one who is not licensed to use the Template Library can view or download it.

Holders of a commercial license to use content from the Template Library may not:

Post any content from the Template Library on a website outside of their Organizational Unit.
Expose any content from the Template Library in such a way that anyone who is not a customer or is not licensed to use the Template Library can view or download it.
Distribute content from the Template Library to anyone outside of their Organizational Unit unless the recipients are either customers or are licensed to use the Template Library.
Re-sell license to the Template Library to anyone.
Use the Template Library for any illegal purpose.

In all cases, you must leave the CVR/IT Consulting LLC copyright notice intact in the document Properties box of each template. CVR/IT Consulting LLC retains full copyright to all materials posted on cvr-it.com unless specifically stated otherwise.

However, no matter how much those materials are modified by any licensee, CVR/IT Consulting retains ownership of the original copyrighted content and format.

For all computer files that are part of the CVR/IT Consulting Project Template Library, the CVR/IT Consulting copyright notice must be left intact in the document Properties of each file. For all other files downloaded from our website, CVR/IT Consulting must be clearly referenced as the copyright owner in the body of the document.

CVR/IT Consulting has placed some of its intellectual property on its website where that property is available for view by the general public.
